Just watched
The pilot of Veronica Mars.
Did any local network pick this up! It's great - Like Nancy Drew in the OC written by Ross McDonald. Though most of the pilot is setting up the complicated backstory (Teenage private eye - working for disgraced sherriff father - trying to solve: murder of best friend, mother's disappearance and who raped her.)
Seriously, give this show a go if you get access to it. I'm hooked already.
