I must be getting old
At the train station today some Liberal Party non-entity was passing out flyers for Ross Cameron. I did as I normally do now when someone is blocking a public throughway to spruik their own concerns and walked past without acknowledgement.
Then, scattered on the floor of the train station, I saw what was actually printed on the (glossy, full-colour) flyers.
"Vote for Ross Cameron for a stronger economy"
Stronger Economy?
They've had eight years to get it right, and now they need another three?
Maybe if they stopped printing glossy, full-colour flyers that are turned in to instant litter they could turn this weak economy around.
At least I'm assuming that the economy is weak, as a vote for Ross Cameron will make it stronger.
I should have raised this issue with the guy handing out the flyers.
