Phew, that's over
So, after everything (last minute cast replacement, last minute script replacement, Emma Tom having flu) Brett and I's radio play went to air at 9pm.
Emma Tom was a real trouper giving such a strong performance through a thick overlay of flu
The actors (Darren Weller, Ryan Hargood? (I can't remember his last name) and Chris Weeks) were all excellent
and the SFX guys, particularly Brett Maverix, were fantastic
But the most credit should go to Laura Milke, our esteemed director, who brought it all to life.
All the being said, and as the after-glow slowly wears off, Brett and I now have to follow it up. Brett Maverix is interested in working with us, so hopefully we can get some short pieces to air on FBi.
Damn I'm tired - and hung over.
