Random Updates
- IVF take 2 reaches the point of no return tomorrow. Wish us luck.
- I've received official word that "Relics" was placed in the top 30 submissions to Melbourne's Short and Sweet play festival.
ferkster and I (and possibly
murasaki_1966) will be making the trip down to Melbourne to see what's been done with it. There's also the possibility that "It's Not You" (the mobile phone play) will get a run in Newcastle. Our empire is spreading. - Monday, just before lunch, the power went out in the UTS tower building (and two other buildings) and we had to evacuate. In our case that meant walking down 26 flights of stairs. Fortunately my BPV calmed down after a while (look, the world's gone all spirally!) but my thighs and calves are still feeling the "benefit" (Day 3 - still walking like John Wayne.)
- If Magic: The Gathering is heroin for gamers, then Culdcept is free heroin for gamers
- Brilliant lead letter in the SMH (can't link directly to it - damn you Fairfax) this morning directed to Kim Beazley. Please read it. (That means you too, Kim)
- I just want it on record that: after having to install Server 2000 SP4, Windows Installer 3.0 and .net 2.0 just to test a frigging VB program; I hope the combination of Zune and Vista failing will reduce Microsoft to the level of a lemonade stand and we can all convert to a rational OS.
- My mp3 player played all three Regurgitator tracks it had in a row on random shuffle. I hope that isn't a sign.

it's going to take many more gym sessions before I'm capable of that - and stopping off on level 25 to use the shower before I start work
Should have clarified - that link will point to the letters page in general, not the letter specificly.
Non-random Responses
*Congratulations - you're spreading memes as well as genes!
*Ouch.
*Never touch the stuff, personally.
*Too right. What he said.

*These are the end-times, my friend.
Seeya Monday.
Re: Non-random Responses
If you don't understand it, you don't want to know about it. I just realised - computer jargon is just another series of shibboleths!
I'd felt like I'd taken a frigging test after installing all that MS crap.
Yeah, but I want to see the credits roll - I want to know who's responsible! (Also who was gaffer.)
