Trixie's back from the vet now

Trixie & wound

She's just a bit groggy from the anaesthetic and wants to go outside (of course) but otherwise she's okay.

Except for the wound in her side.

She wants a lot of pats, and has woken me up twice for a cuddle in the middle of the night.

Apart from the constant trying to get out our window. It got so bad we had to shut her out of the bedroom, which meant there was a constant little, pitiful, "meow, meow" from outside the door. But that time I was buggered and flaked out. I let her in again when I went to the loo at about 4.00am and we had the cuddle followed by the try to break out the window thing again.

It's amazing how when something like that happens, they want to get straight back outside so they can get themselves into trouble again as quickly as possible!
