Credit Card update

So I took ashamel's advice before I read it.

Found the credit card number on Westpac's site (it's under Terms and Conditions)

Finally (after going through a couple of people) spoke to a sympathetic young man called Chris who has cancelled my card and is organising the refund.

A quick search on Google found out that others had been hit from about the 10th of August.

So now I have to reconsider my relationship with DVDPacific...

You should try approaching the company. This MAY achieve two things - get the bastard sacked and encourage the company, who will be naturally concerned that they will lose your custom, to provide some incentive to stay loyal i.e. a nice juicy freebie.
It might not work but it's worth a shot.
