Much as I detest Monopoly as a game (being very much a board game snob) it's a useful template for variations on a theme - first there was Antimonopoly, about breaking up corporations (ironically sued by Parker Brothers for breach of IP) - and now there's Patriot Act

We could do an Australian version of this: Terror Law, where "even if" you are not guilty you can still be convicted.
