The Hoax that became... something else.

Those who think that satire is protected in Australia from the current climate should check out this story from Richard Neville.

It could have a far less sinister explanation, but still...

"Never put down to conspiracy that which can be put down to incompetence." If the site's not back up in a couple of days (with some mumblings from Yahoo about server problems), then I'd start worrying.

True, but what about the Iraq incursion? Isn't that both incompetent and conspiratorial?

Yes, it is. Incompetence and conspiracy frequently overlap, I expect.
