I guess I meant more metaphoric and surreal uses of animation (similar to cel animation in Eastern Europe during the 40s/50s)

I don't see it as a promo real at all.

Aah - OK.
...I got to watch alot of reels in a previous job, they are not all dancing babies and jumping desklamps!
(actually that pixar reel was really unusual - which added to its awesome)
