Frigging jury duty

They turned down my application to be excused. This is going to throw my work project way out ( sorry taxpayers).

How many times am I going to have to do it? This is my 4th summons!

And I haven't had one in the 30 years I've been eligible. The world is an unbalanced place.

I've served once, and wouldn't mind another. Possibly I am unbalanced as well, but that's not important right now.

I don't want you coming to me with ideas for plays about juries now.

I don't know: I reckon your could develop a ripper script about a jury where everyone thinks the guy is guilty except for one principled member who eventually wears the others down with his reasoning and they come to realise the defendant is not guilty after all :-)
I'm kinda fonda that idea.

Hey, that's a good idea! We could call it "Eleven Angry Men and One Woman Who's Really In Touch With Her Feelings."

My god. What sort of hack would come up with an idea like that? Clearly nobody would ever want to see anything like that.
