It will be good for country folk though - and they're used to paying a premium for everything.

The filtering is a problem though. I still feel stupidly optimistic that Conroy won't be able to get it to work, but it's Rudd's agenda so may be inserted into the broadband backbone (still it would give the other ISPs a point of difference as they could still run unfiltered ADSL.)
