$24 for the one in Australia (slightly damaged). Damn, check yourself. That's why I linked to the search. Anyway, I've exceeded my monthly book budget.

It's also bloody expensive. The supplier I ordered from hadn't updated their Abebooks listing so it was out of stock. The cheap editions are in German - the ones in English seem to start at around $350 far more expensive the one I ordered.

So I'm going to have to wait for a cheaper edition.
