An untranslated Japanese kids show (I'm assuming) found off a random link at youtube.
With a bizarre combination of cell-animation and model work (not to mention exploding dinosaurs!)

And yeah, surely there are more humane ways of dealing with rampant dinosaurs. Athough from the quality of the acting I think that was a soccer player in the rubber suit.
