There needs to be a national campaign to stop this broken man being further harassed. Maybe Getup and Amnesty? If a control order can be made against a citizen who has not broken any laws and who is not expected to break any laws, then we are in a true police state. This is the first sign that the election changed nothing. The authoritarian attitudes and laws are all still in place and there's no intention of changing them.
I can understand, that having survived torture by the USA with the complicity of the Australian government, having survived a kangaroo court and finally being brought to a prison in Australia without charge, to finally be freed from prison after the election, only to have the "new leadership" dump on you while you're down, must be heart-breaking.
