Too many potentially good factors for it to be given enough of a run to get audiences used to it. Sigh.
I was thinking of all the great series that people now coo over and that bring in continuing revenue years and years after their prime and how they would not have made it to the end of their first season either if word of mouth had not been given enough chance to spread.
