I'm (kinda, sorta) famous!

There's an interview with me in this week's Drum Media.

Unfortunately it's headlined "Up Close 'N' Intimate With A Trannie".

I knew there was more to that hernia operation...

It's about Brett and I's radio play "Sit on My Facets".

Trannie, presumably (hopefully), is a reference to transistor radios.

All lies

The "trannie" has nothing to do with transistor radios. We all know you're trying to get a new fan base.

Scan the interview

Scan the interview and post it up on one of your blogs, we'd like to see it.
Do we need to book for the show on Sunday?

I just love the blitheness of "scan the interview"

I guess I could set up the flatbed at work and "test" it, but the interview is half a tabloid page and not the easiest thing to read on screen.

Last Sunday was pretty full, but I suppose you could take your chances on the night. The guy we talked to from the Opera House said there weren't a lot of bookings (for last Sunday's show), most people were showing up on the night and buying their tickets to save themselves the booking fee (which, at seven bucks, appears ludicrously high - it may be cheaper booking through the website - but probably cheaper still to get a ticket on the night.)
