Wayne Swan as Treasurer, Lindsay Tanner as Finance Minister (no surprises there), Peter Garrett as Minister for the Environment, Heritage and The Arts (at least they've separated the Arts and Sports portfolios - maybe), Penny Wong (yay!) as Minister for Water and Climate Change (because they're different to the environment - at least, according to Rudd), Anthony Albanese as Minister for Infrastructure (hmmm).

And he's dumped Kate Lundy, which annoys me - she should be Minister for Communication.
