well, as far as having a photo chosen for an online travel guide

(Schmap found the photo on Flickr and e-mailed me about using it - they don't pay anything but they don't restrict the rights either and they do credit. Here's a discussion on the Flickr forums concerning their approach.)

INfamy at home is not nearly as high calibre as infamy abroad. I've bene famous in my own loungerrom for two decades, and no-one outside my loungeroom (or even people from outside who enter my loungeroom) know a thing about it.
